Underground Construction – “Chute De Romanche Gavet”

An expert structural engineering consultant Dubai, along with his team of professional engineers created and ensured a practical construction consulting for the “”Chute De Romanche Gavet” underground gallery. This civil engineering project requires the construction of a 9.2 km long tunnel, a 180 m high balancing shaft, an armored shaft, a main plant, and a cavern for transformers. As a matter of fact, the gallery will be used to bring the water from the Livet dam to the power plant located in the commune of Gavet, via the top of the shielded shaft. And as a result, the electricity will be produced thanks to the 280-meter drop and the 40 m3/s flow rate between the top of the well and the power station.
